After working in a wellness office, I became deeply interested in red light therapy and began researching its powerful benefits on my own. During that journey, I had the opportunity to purchase an established red light therapy business from a retiring owner—and I took the leap. I left my job and stepped fully into this new chapter.

 

With personal experience in the challenges of weight loss and a deep understanding of how red light therapy can support overall wellbeing, I was inspired to create a space that encourages people to prioritize their health. This business was founded with one goal in mind: to offer our community an approachable, effective way to feel better, look better, and reconnect with self-care.
